Making a purchase
To make a purchase browse our catalogue until you find what you want. Click on the ‘add to cart’ icon and enter the quantity you require. A running total will appear of what you have ordered. You can add and remove items if you wish. When finished click on the ”checkout” icon and you will be ask for the relevant information to complete the order. You can cancel or change your order at any time, as it is not secured until you are transferred to the secure server page to enter your payment details.

We accept most major credit cards. Credit cards are processed immediately using the WORLDPAY secure system and we are governed by their rules and regulations also. Shipping and handling
All orders are shipped by business post. For security reasons we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card when you order, unless specific arrangements are made with us. Any other arrangements will need verification of identity. All items sent will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when delivery is made you may have to pick it up form a postal point.

Unless otherwise stated and under normal circumstances items will be dispatched within 7 working days of receiving your order. If we anticipate any delay we will endeavour to contact you by email. Once dispatched goods will arrive within two working days. We will always endeavour to dispatch your goods as soon as possible.
Shipping Address
For reasons of security, where payment is made by debit or credit card we will only ship the goods to the billing address of the card used to make the payment, unless specific arrangements are made with us.
