Making a purchase

To make a purchase browse our catalogue until you find what you want. Click on the ‘add to cart’ icon and enter the quantity you require. A running total will appear of what you have ordered. You can add and remove items if you wish. When finished click on the ”checkout” icon and you will be ask for the relevant information to complete the order. You can cancel or change your order at any time, as it is not secured until you are transferred to the secure server page to enter your payment details.

Payments and Currencies

We accept most major credit cards. Credit cards are processed immediately using the WORLDPAY secure system and we are governed by their rules and regulations also. You may send your information by phone, fax or over the Internet using our secure facilities. If you require any further information you can contact us.

Shipping and handling

All orders are shipped by business post. For security reasons we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card when you order, unless specific arrangements are made with us. Any other arrangements will need verification of identity. All items sent will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when delivery is made you may have to pick it up form a postal point.

Shipping costs

All shipping costs quoted are for UK mainland only. However we will always endeavour to obtain the best shipping quote for other locations. Shipping for anywhere else will be quoted on request customers at locations other than UK mainland are requested to contact us before they place their order. The P&P charges are added to the price of the item and charged accordingly.

Shipping times

Unless otherwise stated and under normal circumstances items will be dispatched within 7 working days of receiving your order. If we anticipate any delay we will endeavour to contact you by email. Once dispatched goods will arrive within two working days. We will always endeavour to dispatch your goods as soon as possible.

Shipping Address

For reasons of security, where payment is made by debit or credit card we will only ship the goods to the billing address of the card used to make the payment, unless specific arrangements are made with us. Where specific arrangements are made you may be required to provide us with proof of identity and/or address. Whilst inconvenient, this is an important measure to protect the security of our customers.

Customer Returns

Whilst we strive to ensure all goods reach you in perfect condition there may be times when this does not happen. If you wish to return an item you can do in accordance with our returns policy.

Remittance Terms

Please note all goods must be paid for in full before shipping and cheques must be made payable to Hollywood International.

Tax charges

Where necessary purchase taxes are included in the price. If you require a tax receipt for your order please request one by email or by post and quote your order number. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state.
